Affiliates: We may share your information with our corporate affiliates (entities under common ownership or control with Polarity) for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy, such as internal administration or offering related services.
Business Transfers: In the event Polarity is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, asset sale, or other business reorganization, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
